A personal project completed for a client proposing a home bar Renovation. Located on the coast of Broadstairs in Kent. The room compels a deep arcane atmosphere with contrasts from the vibrant art work and other ornaments. I wanted the space to feel completely separate to the rest of the house, allowing for a entirely different spacial experience that makes the viewer imagine they could be in a speak-easy in the depths of a zestful city.
The Original space.
The original space was a garage in a family home which became a dumping ground for all the forgotten household objects and gardening equipment. But it had potential. The room was impatiently waiting for renovation. The space had a few elements to be exposed for a more innovative design.
Exploring my creative passion.
The project not only allowed me to explore my interior design passion but also helped me develop my skills in managing a team and finical situations. I could also experiment with other forms of media such as photography and videography to enhance the project.
